Las avellanas de antes sus cáscaras tenían un color ceniciento muy parecido a el que poseían los inigualables panes de escanda, ya que nada más sacar éstos del horno se metían las avellanas y se turraben na xaceda d'un cheldar que guéi nun se fae.
